Aqua & Stone’s vertically integrated platform and geographic footprint provides investors the opportunity to deploy capital in a results-driven alternative investment approach. In buying underperforming small to midsized multifamily properties that have demonstrated strong cash flow but are being held back by underutilized property management and deferred maintenance. Aqua & Stone targets B and C class properties from 15 to 150 units. Allowing for a niche investing approach.
